This class basically concentrates on relieving/preventing chronic and acute pain while strengthening the core, ankles, stabilizers, arms, and legs. I combine the best of Pilates, dance, martial arts, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, yoga, chiropractic range of motion exercises, and even some self-massage techniques. Light weights are used.
