Melody Schoenfeld, CSCS, CMT, RKC is a certified, highly educated personal trainer with almost 20 years of training experience in many different disciplines. In addition to an excellent success record in creating fun, individualized training programs that help people to reach their weight loss, athletic performance, and muscle gain needs, Melody has the following experience:
Melody has studied with physical therapists and chiropractors, accruing considerable experience in injury rehabilitation. While serving as a training assistant to intramural football and soccer teams, she developed her skills in assisted stretching and warm-up exercises. She has helped with rehabilitation work with team members as well. Melody also is a CAMTC Certified Massage Therapist with significant training in various modalities, including Thai, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish, Chair, and Deep Tissue massage. Melody is currently in the process of obtaining her master's degree in Chinese medicine and acupuncture.

Because the economy sucks right now, I know two things:
1) People are tightening their budgets
2) Now more than ever, people need to exercise, as it is one of the best anti-depressant/anti-stress mechanisms out there.
Gym memberships, and certainly personal training, may not be affordable to many people any more. So I'd like to help out by offering a few one-day workshops for people who want to learn some new things, who want to get re-motivated, or who just feel like having a good workout for the day.
These workshops will last from about 1-2 hours or more in some cases. Be prepared to work hard. All ability levels will be accommodated. Please have a doctor's OK to exercise.
Cost will be $35/per person per workshop. For each guest you bring, you get a $5 discount (so if you bring 7 guests, the workshop is free for you!).

Lunchtime Boot Camp takes place every Monday, Tuesday, and Friday afternoon at 12:00PM. It incorporates everything from kettlebells, heavy ropes, and sandbags to bodyweight training and kickboxing. It is suitable for all fitness levels, and it's a lot of fun!
