slowly. With a thicker, more durable skin, burst resistant is the way
to go for high volume usage. 55cm balls are usually recommended for
people from 5'3" - 5'6". Truth be told, the length of a person's legs
is the true determining factor when properly fitting anyone to a
fitness ball. While sitting atop the ball, a person's knees should be
at a 90 degree angle with their feet flat on the floor in front of
them. The ball should be inflated until it is firm but not rigid.
