50" tube with a hook at each end for use with the interchangeable handles, the door anchor and the tubing attachment cuff. (1 set of handles included with each tube) Tubes can be used individually or combined with other FUNNctional tubing to offer variety in the amount of resistance used for each exercise. With any 2 FUNNctional tubes, you have 3 levels of resistance. With any 3 FUNNctional tubes, you have 7 levels of resistance.
