"Ouch My Arms!!!!!" This was what I drafted shortly after my first workout with Melody.
She
is a master of the kettle bells for one thing and just super
knowledgeable yet humble too. When I questioned a small detail of one of
her statements she didn't "know it all" me like many other trainers
out there but rather said she would check on it. Later I sheepishly had
to admit after doing my own research that she was right, therefore
requiring me to do push-ups she said jokingly.
I've been training with Melody for over 2 years now and can honestly say that training with Melody is like raising children: it's the hardest thing you'll ever love.
I have been working with Melody for two years, primarily on core strength and flexibility for golf. I can honestly say I am in better shape today at 48 then I was at 25.
When I went in for my checkup this week, the doctor said that although I gained 4 pounds, my percentage of fat went from 42% to 26.3% and my percentage of lean went from 58% to 73.7 percent -- that's all thanks to you. --Laurie O.
