Had to write when I saw Michael S. cursing the kettle bells, it made me laugh!.  I kinda like the kettle bells, especially since she bought baby kettle bell because I am a wuss.  Hate is reserved for that god d@#% ROPE, that is an exercise I HATE.  Seems odd to put in words, but, yes...she kicks my ass and I love it!

Lunchtime Boot Camp takes place every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoon at 12:00PM. It incorporates everything from kettlebells, heavy ropes, and sandbags to bodyweight training and kickboxing. It is suitable for all fitness levels. Please contact Melody for more information.

Boot camp classes are a vigorous mix of different kinds of training methodologies designed to give you the most burn for your buck. Classes last for about an hour and will have your heart pounding, your muscles burning, and your body more toned and fit.
