Melody is a tricky trainer.   While you're working out with her you don't notice that she's making your entire body work - biceps to glutes, calves to triceps, abs to lats - it almost feels like you're having fun, but later you start to notice positive changes in areas you didn't think you'd exercised.    I've trained with her for five years now and I still don't know how she does it.

Lunchtime Boot Camp Print E-mail

Lunchtime Boot Camp takes place every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoon at 12:00PM. It incorporates everything from kettlebells, heavy ropes, and sandbags to bodyweight training and kickboxing. It is suitable for all fitness levels. Please contact Melody for more information.

Boot camp classes are a vigorous mix of different kinds of training methodologies designed to give you the most burn for your buck. Classes last for about an hour and will have your heart pounding, your muscles burning, and your body more toned and fit.
