I have had the pleasure of many training sessions with Melody over the past few years. I have always her fun, motivational and knowledgeable. I know she massages many of the clients that she trains.  Who knows what your body has been through better than your trainer? However I have only recently finally experienced her massages.  I was always a little nervous.

Lunchtime and Evening Boot Camp Print E-mail

Lunchtime Boot Camp takes place every Monday, Tuesday, and Friday afternoon at 12:00PM. It incorporates everything from kettlebells, heavy ropes, and sandbags to bodyweight training and kickboxing. It is suitable for all fitness levels, and it's a lot of fun!

Boot camp classes are a vigorous mix of different kinds of training methodologies designed to give you the most burn for your buck. Classes last for about an hour and will have your heart pounding, your muscles burning, and your body more toned and fit. Boot camp is a fun and extremely affordable way to supplement your current workout. Come join us!
