Melody is an incredible motivator!! She took me from lounging to lunges, from sitting to squatting, from laying down to lifting up, from curling my lip at exercise to curling 15 pounds with each arm.

I'm on the verge of 40, and with Melody's help feel 30 again. She showed me exercises that I can do in my office - not only helping with my weight training, but also greatly helping me deal with stress.
