I have never had a personal trainer nor was I fond of the idea of having
a personal trainer. For years now, I have done my own research on
working out and getting stronger. After so many years, I have become
bored with my own workouts even when I change things up, it still feels
less challenging. In comes Melody ...
I have had two sessions
with her now in kettlebell training. She ROCKS! Even though she is
only 5 foot tall, she is strong and she will kick your ass! I like that
she focuses a lot on form so that it's hard to get away with cheating.
Her style of teaching and instruction reminds me of the best dance
teachers I've had, where they don't miss any detail and keeps you
working hard every single minute. Melody also does many other
old-school strong man workouts like ropes, sledgehammer, Indian clubs,
etc ...
I can't wait to keep working out with her every week and move past my plateau and become stronger and stronger!
