In my opinion (and mine is the most important opinion you will ever
hear) Melody is one of the best trainers around. Not just in Pasadena,
but on planet earth. As much as it may sound simplistic, in addition to
education and experience I judge trainers by how strong they are.
We are
trying to sell the public on the importance of being strong and
healthy, so if it's so darn important why wouldn't we also be pursuing
this virtue? When I see a weak trainer I know it's because that person
lacks the tools to elevate themselves, and their clientele most likely
reflects that as well. Melody is a Beast. If you are looking for someone
who can take you to the next level, you have found her.
