She almost made me cry, but I love her for it.

Two days of the sorest back EVER were wiped away in an hour with Melody.

It was intense, but it was GOOD.

Thanks for the excellent work you did on me yesterday! 

I was a little sore last night, but slept great and felt awesome when I woke up today.

I did a training ride this morning and was actually producing an average of 7% more wattage than
what I've been producing the last few months!

I'll have to schedule something with you again sometime in the next month!
