New Class: Pain-Free Movement |

This class basically concentrates on relieving/preventing chronic and acute pain while strengthening the core, ankles, stabilizers, arms, and legs. I combine the best of Pilates, dance, martial arts, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, yoga, chiropractic range of motion exercises, and even some self-massage techniques. Light weights are used.
If you have any kind of chronic pain or want to prevent it, need to strengthen your core, have trouble with balance, or just want to try something new, this is the class for you!
When: Every Sunday morning, 9am, starting on May 11, 2008
How long: about 45 minutes
How much: $15/pp. $5 discount for each new person you bring to class!
