This woman is amazing -- not only is she a quality and genuinely good person (and if you know how cynical I am -- she certainly does -- you'll know how rare it is that I'll say something like that!) and one of my favorite people of all time (I used to just say "one of my favorite people in southern California" but she has definitely made the transition to "of all time" status), but she's also an excellent trainer, which is the point of this post!

You've surely seen those trainers in the gym whose clients amble from one activity to the next, chatting about what they did last night or talking politics. While very personable and warm, Melody certainly won't leave you with much extra breath to chat as she whips you into shape. She's a no-nonsense, no gimmicks trainer who knows how to keep you focused and having fun as you can reach higher and higher goals. Thanks to her kettle bell workouts, my resting heart rate is at 62 - and that was measured before a surgery I was about to have. Melody's workouts, both with and without kettle bells, are designed to keep you at your peak. You're unlikely to have a question about working out that she can't answer.
