I started training with Melody this summer because I was turning into the Pillsbury Dough Girl and got nowhere when I tried to get fit on my own.  I met her to talk about goals, and she listened to what I wanted, rahter than try to force a generic program on me.

Melody is the best there is...  I have gotten so strong working with kettlebells and everything else that Melody incorporates in the boot camps.  I started a few months ago working out with Melody and could then lift my 70 pound pit bull. Now I can lift a 135 pound person and carry them. Now that is Progress. Also my blood pressure which was high when i started has now been stabilized and made normal..I feel great..Thanks Melody
