UPCOMING ONE-DAY WORKSHOPS Print E-mail

Because the economy sucks right now, I know two things:

1) People are tightening their budgets
2) Now more than ever, people need to exercise, as it is one of the best anti-depressant/anti-stress mechanisms out there.

Gym memberships, and certainly personal training, may not be affordable to many people any more. So I'd like to help out by offering a few one-day workshops for people who want to learn some new things, who want to get re-motivated, or who just feel like having a good workout for the day.

These workshops will last from about 1-2 hours or more in some cases. Be prepared to work hard. All ability levels will be accommodated. Please have a doctor's OK to exercise.

Cost will be $25/per person per workshop. For each guest you bring, you get a $5 discount (so if you bring 5 guests, the workshop is free for you!).
