This class focuses mainly on the technique and practice of:

Deadlift

Bench Press

Squat

Circus dumbbell/overhead press

Atlas Stones

We usually work on one lift per class (sometimes more than one, depending on how many people are in the class) and the accessory lifts that help improve that lift.  These classes are appropriate for all levels from complete beginner to advanced lifter.
